Starting with a clear brief
We define what you are trying to achieve before looking at a single listing: target yield or capital growth, budget, holding horizon, preferred asset types and any locations to favour or avoid. That brief becomes the filter for everything that follows.
Screening and due diligence
Candidate assets are assessed on location fundamentals, pricing against comparable transactions, building quality, service charges, rental demand and exit potential. Only those that pass are presented, each with a clear explanation of its strengths and risks.
For off-plan opportunities we also review the developer’s delivery record, payment plan structure and the realistic timeline to handover.
Negotiation and completion
Once you choose an asset, ODZ negotiates price and terms on your behalf and coordinates the steps through to transfer, keeping the process disciplined and transparent.
