Why long-term thinking matters
Real estate rewards patience. Short-term price movements are hard to predict, but the fundamentals that drive value over many years — location, quality, infrastructure and demand — can be assessed with far more confidence. We focus our clients’ capital on those fundamentals.
Quality over volume
An advisory paid to close transactions has an incentive to close more of them. ODZ deliberately presents fewer opportunities and spends more time on each. Clients are better served by one well-chosen asset than by several average ones.
Value that outlasts the market cycle
Assets in established, well-connected districts with limited new supply tend to hold their appeal through slower periods. By favouring them, we aim for portfolios that remain resilient when conditions are less favourable, not just when the market is rising.
